From the moment you step inside Letnjikovac Pool House, it welcomes you with plenty of charming character, giving a real home away from home feeling!

Our house is perfectly sized and equipped to accommodate up to 7 adults. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 3 bedrooms (2 king-size, 1 queen-size sofa) & one double opening sofa in living room. We can also provide a travel baby crib upon request.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including a full oven & stove, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, espresso maker and all the essential cooking utensils. The entire house comes equipped with triple air-conditioning (cool or heat) so you can be sure of a good nights sleep in any weather. The living & dining area features a smart TV with cable & Netflix, comfortable sofa, a dining table and large french doors leading directly onto the pool area. WiFi is available in all areas of the house and the garden. You may also connect laptops, IPTV boxes or game consoles to the TV via HDMI cable. A washing machine and iron are also available.

In the outdoor areas, guests will have private use of all the following features and equipment:
